Seller: Efix.com.ua online store
Buyer: User of the website - Efix.com.ua online store, who selected the product and filled out the order form. Clicking the button to place an order becomes a "Buyer"
A product of proper quality is a product without obvious defects in fabric, color, tailoring, which can be used for its intended purpose.
A product of poor quality is a product with obvious defects due to the fault of the manufacturer in terms of fabric, color, tailoring, which cannot be used for its intended purpose.
Conditions for returning or exchanging goods of appropriate quality:
According to Article 9 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the buyer has the right to return or exchange a good quality product within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase. If the buyer found that the purchased product is not satisfactory in terms of style, color, size, or for other reasons, and cannot be used for its intended purpose.
It should be remembered that the exchange or return of goods of appropriate quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels have been preserved.
The next mandatory condition in order to exchange or return goods of proper quality is the presence of a settlement document issued to the buyer together with the sold goods. The presence of a shipping waybill (TTN) of the carrier's company or a check is proof that you purchased the goods in this particular store.
If at the time of exchange, a similar product is not available, the buyer has the right:
purchase any other goods from the available assortment with a corresponding recalculation of the cost;
terminate the contract and receive money (to the bank card from which payment for the goods was made) in the amount of the value of the returned goods;
to exchange the product for a similar product upon the first arrival of the corresponding product for sale (the seller is obliged to notify the buyer that the product is required to be exchanged on the day the product is available for sale).
Delivery payment, terms of exchange or return of goods of appropriate quality:
The seller makes an exchange or refund (to the bank card from which payment for the goods was made) for goods of appropriate quality within 3 (three) working days after receiving and evaluating the goods from the buyer.
When returning goods of proper quality, the seller does not reimburse the costs associated with the cost of goods delivery services (from the seller to the buyer, and from the buyer to the seller), namely: the departure of the courier, or the cost of forwarding by a transport company to another city, in accordance with TTN declaration.
In case of rejection of the product of proper quality at the delivery service department, the cost of the delivery service (from the seller to the buyer and from the buyer to the seller) is paid by the buyer.
The funds for the paid goods are returned to the buyer to the details of the bank card used to pay for the goods, within 3 (three) working days after receiving and evaluating the goods by the seller, in the delivery service department.
Terms of return or exchange for goods of poor quality:
A product of poor quality due to the fault of the seller (production defect) is subject to return or exchange for a good quality product at the expense of the seller.
When exchanging, the seller pays for delivery services from the buyer to the seller and back.
In case of return of goods of inadequate quality, the seller compensates the buyer for the full cost of the goods to the bank card used to pay for the goods, within 3 (three) working days, after receiving the goods at the transport company's branch and assessing the condition of the goods.
Product exchange or return process:
To process an exchange or return, the buyer must contact the seller by phone. +3 8 098 202 67 15 (or by the method specified in the "contacts" section of the online store).
Inform the reason for the return or exchange.
Specify the method of refund and, if necessary, provide the necessary data for the refund to the buyer's bank card.

The buyer pays for the delivery and packaging of good quality goods, and the seller pays for goods of poor quality.
Refunds to the buyer will be made (to the bank card from which payment for the goods was made), after the seller has received the goods and assessed its condition, within 3 (three) working days.
