My name is Igor, I and my team produce clothes under my own Znatna brand. We also import clothes from Europe under the Malfini brand.
Let me briefly tell you how we create clothes for you.
Production is organized in Vinnytsia.
Sewing shop 150 sq.m. equipped with modern Jack and Siruba sewing equipment. We perform a full production cycle from sketch development to mass tailoring. We have our own designer (artist-designer) Malyovana Lyudmila, who designs clothing models and creates patterns for you. After the approval of the model, the cutter lays out the fabric in layers on the cutting table, draws the details of the product according to the patterns and cuts them with a professional cutting knife. Next, your suit goes to the grinding line, where the product is "assembled" by our seamstresses. All necessary manipulations with the product are carried out according to a technological map, according to which a flat-seam sewing machine (for seams that must stretch), a four- or five-thread overlock for assembly, and a straight-line machine are used. Next, the product is sent to the ironing table to smooth the seams and give the appearance of the product. After that, VTK checks the product and if there are no comments, sends it to the packaging sector and to the warehouse of finished products.
I choose the fabrics personally! We have several main suppliers of fabrics: For example, we have tri-thread on fleece produced in Uzbekistan. Composition: 100% cotton. For which there are all supporting documents and quality certificates. Velor made in Turkey.

We started with wholesale production under customers' brands, then formed our own wholesale network of products under our name, and finally we have the opportunity to offer our products to the end consumer, that is, you without intermediaries and store mark-ups! We also have two showrooms in the city of Vinnytsia in the Omega shopping center and Zhovten shopping center.
